By accessing or using StrongerMe Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

StrongerMe Pro provides fitness coaching services, workout plans, and nutritional guidance through our mobile application. These terms govern your use of both our free and premium services.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may only use the App with parental or guardian consent and supervision.

3. Services and Subscriptions

3.1 Free Services

StrongerMe Pro offers free features including:

• Exercise library with video demonstrations
• Progress tracking
• Community access

3.2 Premium Services

Premium features include:

• Personalized workout plans tailored to your goals
• Live 1-on-1 video coaching sessions
• Custom meal plans and nutrition guidance
• Priority support and direct coach messaging
• Advanced analytics and progress reports
• Access to premium content and exclusive workouts

3.3 Subscription Terms

Premium subscriptions are offered on a monthly or yearly basis depending on the package. Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase and will not automatically renew. you would be required to manually renew your subscribtion after expiry..

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the App for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the App only for your personal, non-commercial use.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the App without written permission
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the App

5. Health and Safety Disclaimers

5.1 Medical Disclaimer

Important: StrongerMe Pro is not a medical service. Before beginning any fitness program, you should consult with your physician or healthcare provider, especially if you:

• Have any medical conditions or health concerns
• Are pregnant or nursing
• Are taking any medications
• Have experienced chest pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath during physical activity

5.2 Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury. By using the App, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical activity and agree that StrongerMe Pro, its coaches, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injuries or damages.

5.3 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Determining your fitness level and limitations
• Performing exercises with proper form and technique
• Stopping any activity if you experience pain or discomfort
• Using appropriate equipment and ensuring a safe workout environment

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Ownership

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by StrongerMe Pro and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for your personal use. This license does not include:

• Any commercial use of the App or its contents
• Any downloading or copying of content for the benefit of others
• Any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering methods

7. User-Generated Content

7.1 Your Content

You may be able to post, upload, or submit content including photos, videos, comments, and progress updates ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant StrongerMe Pro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the App.

7.2 Content Standards

You agree that your User Content will not contain material that:

• Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, or obscene
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains false or misleading information
• Promotes illegal activities
• Contains viruses or malicious code

7.3 Monitoring and Removal

We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the account deletion feature in the App. Upon termination, you will lose access to premium features, though you may be entitled to a refund as outlined in our Payment Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Use
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Provide false information
• Fail to pay applicable fees

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10.2 Results Disclaimer

We make no guarantees regarding fitness results, weight loss, muscle gain, or any other outcomes. Individual results may vary based on numerous factors including genetics, effort, consistency, and adherence to programs.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, StrongerMe Pro SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar transmitted to or through the App
• Any injuries sustained while using the App or following our programs

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StrongerMe Pro, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nigeria.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by:

• Posting the new Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending an email notification (for significant changes)

Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
